Where can I get Ashley & Cooper Coffee?
Our rare collection of world-class coffees, from which our roastmaster's of-the-moment favorites are freshly-roasted and shipped to your door each month, is only available through this website. Currently Ashley & Cooper is not available in retail shops or marketplaces, nor is it available through mail-order.
How does my Ashley & Cooper Coffee membership work?
Your free Introductory Package will allow you to try our roaster-fresh coffee. Each month thereafter you will receive one pound each of two different coffees of the world (two pounds total). There is no minimum number of orders you may receive. You may cancel your membership at any time after accepting your initial free sample. Our membership is perfect for developing your connoisseurship of fine coffee!
When should I expect my first shipment?
Your Introductory Package with 1/2 pound of Guatemalan Antigua coffee and 1/2 pound of Costa Rican Peaberry coffee should arrive within 1-2 weeks of your order to give you sufficient time to decide to continue your gourmet coffee adventure. Provided that you do not cancel your membership before your 29-day trial period ends, your first monthly order, which includes your complimentary 16-Oz. stainless steel travel thermos, will be shipped to you. Your card on file will be charged every 30 days and receive shipments of two pounds of gourmet coffee each month as long as you remain a cafe member. Different billing periods are available and may be customized in "My Account."
What are my shipping options and costs?
Your introductory half-pound coffee samples as well as all ensuing shipments will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground Service, depending on distance from our roaster in Atlanta, GA. Currently we do not offer overnight or express shipping, nor do we ship to states or countries outside the 48 contiguous United States. We charge only $6.95 flat rate for the shipping and handling of your initial Introductory Package as well as our monthly coffee selections.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to all APO addresses at no extra charge via U.S. Postal Service.
How shall I return a coffee shipment?
You may not return a shipment unless there is a problem with the coffee. Our product is a perishable item and by law, we may not resell it. If you have any problems with your shipment, please contact customer service at or call us on our customer service line, toll free, at 1-866-393-9428.

What is your Guarantee?
We offer a 30-day free trial for you to try our micro-roasted coffee. The reason for this is so you may be sure that our artisanal roasting style is to your taste before you begin to receive regular shipments. We recognize that taste is a subjective matter and many coffee lovers are not accustomed to the overwhelming flavor of the freshest coffee produced by our artisanal, small-batch roasting techniques.
You may cancel your account at any time with no further obligation by contacting us at or via phone toll free at 1-866-393-9428. Should you cancel prior to accepting your first fully paid monthly shipment of two pounds of coffee you will forfeit your complimentary stainless steel thermos.
How am I billed?
When placing your order on our secure website, your credit or debit card information is transmitted through a secure transaction and processed this informausing AuthorizeNet, a leader in secure electronic financial transactions. We will then charge your credit or debit card every 30 days for the order amount of $26.95 plus $6.95 shipping & handling, again using AuthorizeNet. After your payment has been verified we immediately ship your coffee.
Other billing periods, such as every 45, 60, or 90 days, are also available under "My Account" or if you contact our customer service department. Customizing your account using these preferences will result in your two-pound regular shipment being sent accordingly to match your personal coffee-drinking habits.
How often will you ship my coffee?
Your initial half-pound sample will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground. Your first monthly shipment will be sent via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground Service immediately after your credit or debit card is charged on the 30th day from ordering your coffee samples. This will occur if you do not cancel your membership prior to being charged for your shipment.
This first monthly shipment will contain two pounds of freshly roasted gourmet coffee along with your complimentary stainless steel travel thermos and black zippered carry case with our thanks for trying our coffee. You will receive two pounds of gourmet coffee every 4 weeks (or other preferred period) thereafter via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground Service as long as you remain a member.

May I purchase Ashley & Cooper Coffee as a gift?
Unfortunately Ashley & Cooper Coffee Roasters does not currently offer gift orders because of the risk of fraudulent transactions. We have plans to add a corporate gift division Spring 2008.
Does Ashley & Cooper offer gift certificates?
Sorry, we currently do not offer gift certificates.
Can I sell Ashley & Cooper Coffee at my retail establishment?
We currently do not sell our coffee wholesale to retail establishments. We can refer you to an affiliated company that offers artisanal qual coffee to retailers. Contact us via our for further information.
