Where can I get Ashley & Cooper Coffee?
Our rare collection of world-class coffees, from which our roastmasters' of-the-moment favorites are freshly roasted and shipped to your home or business, is available only through this website and at several top restaurants.
Does Ashley & Cooper Coffee Roasters carry tea, accessories, and other related products?
Consider us a boutique rather than a one-stop shopping experience. We believe that we roast the best coffee in the world. We know top-quality coffee. We do not dilute this by carrying a variety of other products. Please feel free to contact us for referrals to the best sources for accessories, teas, and related products.
How does my Ashley & Cooper Coffee membership work?
Your Introductory Package will allow you to try our roaster-fresh coffee for 30 days. Each month thereafter you will receive one pound each of two different coffees of the world (two pounds total). There is no minimum number of orders you may receive. You may cancel your membership at any time after accepting your initial coffee sample. Our membership is perfect for developing your connoisseurship of fine coffee!
What are my shipping options and costs?
Your shipments will arrive at your home or business via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground Service, depending on distance from our roaster in Atlanta, GA. Currently we do not ship outside the 50 United States. For Club Members, we charge $6.95 flat rate for the shipping and handling of your monthly coffee selections. Your Introductory Package is shipped free. For elite coffee by the pound, we offer overnight or air delivery of coffee at cost.
Do you ship to Military (APO) addresses?
Yes, we ship to all military addresses at no extra charge via U.S. Postal Service.
How shall I return a coffee shipment?
Our product is a perishable item and by law, we may not resell it. Therefore, we accept no returns. If you have any problems with your shipment, please call our customer service line, toll free, at 1-866-393-9428. They will give you a return code for such things as damaged packages from UPS. If a package is refused or sent "return to sender" without approval, we will not issue a credit. In this case we also cannot guarantee that we will cancel your account before another shipment is made, due to delays in the return process.

What is your Coffee Club Guarantee?
We offer a 30-day free trial for you to try our micro-roasted coffee. The reason for this is so you may be sure that our artisanal roasting style is to your taste before you begin to receive regular shipments. We recognize that taste is a subjective matter and many coffee lovers are not accustomed to the overwhelming flavor of the freshest and finest coffee produced by our artisanal, small-batch roasting techniques.
You may cancel your account at any time with no further obligation by contacting us via phone at 1-866-393-9428 toll free or by email here. Should you cancel prior to accepting your first fully paid monthly shipment of two pounds of coffee you will forfeit your complimentary stainless steel thermos. If ever you receive a monthly coffee selection that is not to your taste, we will gladly send a replacement coffee free of charge.
How am I billed?
When placing your order on our secure website, your credit or debit card information is transmitted through a secure transaction (using Thawte SSL technology) and processed using AuthorizeNet, a leader in secure electronic financial transactions.
If you are a Club Member we will charge your card on file every 30 days (or other preferred frequency) for the order amount of $26.95 plus $6.95 shipping & handling, using AuthorizeNet. After your payment has been verified we immediately roast and ship your coffee.
Other billing periods, such as every 45, 60, or 90 days, are also available at My Account or if you contact our member service department. Customizing your account using these preferences will result in your two-pound regular shipment being sent to match your personal coffee-drinking habits.
How often will you ship my Coffee Club shipments?
Your initial sample will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground. Your first monthly shipment will be sent via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground Service immediately after your credit or debit card is charged on the 30th day from ordering your coffee sample. This will occur if you do not cancel your membership prior to being charged for your shipment.
This first monthly shipment will contain two pounds of freshly roasted gourmet coffee along with your complimentary stainless steel travel thermos and black zippered carry case with our thanks. You will receive two pounds of gourmet coffee every month (or other preferred frequency) thereafter via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground Service as long as you remain a member. You may change your account preferences at to frequency at My Account.

May I purchase Ashley & Cooper Coffee as a gift?
Ashley & Cooper Coffee Roasters offers club memberships as corporate gifts and personal gifts.
Does Ashley & Cooper offer gift certificates?
Currently Ashley & Cooper does not offer gift certificates; however, we do offer club memberships as gifts here. We also offer elite coffees by the pound as gifts here.
